PayPal was the easiest payment system to integrate into my website and it was the simplest solution to enable you to purchase paintings because many people already have PayPal accounts. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card through the PayPal interface without establishing a PayPal account, simply click the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" when you go through the checkout.
